Article 1 – Purpose and scope

These general terms of sale apply to all sales of malas and spiritual accessories made on the website www.mymalamallorca.com.

Article 2 – Prices and payment terms

  • Prices are indicated in euros including VAT
  • Shipping costs are specified before order validation
  • Payment is made by secure credit card
  • The order will be processed after payment confirmation

Article 3 – Order and confirmation

  • Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions
  • Delivery information must be accurate and complete
  • An order confirmation will be sent by email

Article 4 – Delivery

  • Delivery times are 4-10 working days for Spain and 5-14 days for Europe
  • Risks are transferred upon delivery
  • In case of delay, we will inform you as soon as possible

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Withdrawal procedure:

  • Inform us of your decision by email to contact@mymalamallorca.com
  • Return the item in its original packaging, in perfect condition
  • Return costs are at your expense
  • We will proceed with the refund within 14 days after receipt of the return

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
